Claims & Exchange Policy
Our policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase.
If 7 days have passed since your order was placed, we regret to inform you
that we will not be able to offer a claim, exchange, or refund.
If you experience any issue with your purchase, you must notify us

Eligibility for Exchange
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- The item must be in its original packaging
- A receipt or valid proof of purchase is required for in-store exchanges
Please do not send your purchase directly back to the manufacturer.

- Items returned after 7 days from delivery
