Claims & Exchange Policy

Our policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have passed since your order was placed, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to offer a claim, exchange, or refund.

Eligibility for Exchange

• The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
• The item must be in its original packaging
• A receipt or valid proof of purchase is required for in-store exchanges

Please do not send your purchase directly back to the manufacturer.

• Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by us
• Items returned after 7 days from delivery

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited within a certain number of business days, depending on your payment method.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds or exchanges. Sale or discounted items are not exchangeable or refundable.
